Ballston
A-Town Bar & Grill – Happy hour runs from 3 – 8 p.m. daily, with $5 appetizers, $2.50 domestic drafts, $3.50 microbrews, $4 rail drinks and $5 glasses of red and white wine, as well as $5 mojitos. DJs spin a mix of hip-hop, Top 40 and club tunes from 10 p.m. – 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and there’s never a cover charge.
CarPool – Home of the Virginia Pool League and the Virginia Darts League, CarPool has nine pool tables, two skee ball machines, four shuffleboards and seven dartboards.
Tutto Bene Italian Restaurant – Rumba Nights on Fridays.
Union Jack’s – Trivia Night, Monday's at 8:00 pm. Dollar Thursdays, featuring a chance to win a free Tropical Vacation from 4:00 – 9:00 pm, followed by DJ and dancing at 5:00 pm. DJ and dancing, Friday's starting at 10:00 pm.
World of Beer – Enjoy happy hour from 3 – 7 p.m. on weeknights, half-price ciders and beers for women after 7 p.m. on Thursdays and a “Bark After Dark” happy hour (with $1 off all dog-related beers and free treats for pups on the patio) from 6 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday's.
Clarendon
Clarendon Grill – Salsa classes and dancing 7:15 - 9:00 pm on Mondays ($5 cover), followed by music and dancing. Trivia Night Wednesdays. Live entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights - check the calendar for bands.
Front Page – On Tuesday's, the Front Page hosts Boditter Trivia at 7:30 pm and open mic night at 9:00 pm. On Thursday's, Country Night starts at 8:00 pm, featuring DJ Chuck Wagon. On the first Friday of very month, D.J. Pat Premier spins old school hip hop. And on Saturdays, the Front Page presents live music.
Galaxy Hut – Live music most Sundays and Mondays at 9:00 pm; $5 cover.
Gua Rapo – Live music Tuesday through Saturday.
Iota Club and Café – Open Mic Night every Wednesday 8:00 pm -12:30 am, no admission. The IOTA Poetry Series, hosted by poet Miles David Moore, is held the second Sunday of each month from 6:00-8:00 pm, free admission. Live music, almost nightly; cover varies.

Arlington Cinema 'n Drafthouse – $1 Monday Nights, $2 Tuesday Nights and "Wine Night at the Movies" Friday nights.

Crystal City Sports Pub – Monday night Trivia Kings at 8:00 pm.
Freddie’s Beach Bar – Sunday night - Freddie’s Follies Drag Show at 9:00 pm. Monday through Saturday - karaoke from 9:00 pm -1:00 am. Wednesday - Drag Bingo Night. The last Saturday of every month - Freddie’s Dreamgirls.
